Job Summary:
We are seeking reliable and hardworking barbacks to join our team. As a barback, you will play a crucial role in supporting our bartenders and ensuring exceptional service for our guests. Your responsibilities will include stocking bars, preparing garnishes, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting with various tasks to ensure efficient bar operations during events.
Responsibilities:
Assist bartenders with stocking and replenishing bar inventory and supplies
Prepare garnishes, such as fruits and herbs, for drinks
Ensure bars are clean, organized, and well-maintained throughout events
Collect and wash glassware and utensils
Dispose of trash and recycling from bars and service areas
Maintain cleanliness of barback stations and storage areas
Assist in maintaining inventory levels and restocking supplies as needed
Provide friendly and efficient service to bartenders and guests
Adhere to all stadium policies, procedures, and safety standards
Assist with other duties as assigned by supervisors
Requirements:
Proven experience as a barback or in a similar role preferred
Knowledge of basic drink preparation and bar equipment
Ability to lift heavy objects, up to 100 pounds, and stand for extended periods
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work evenings and weekends.
Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
