Partnership Hiring Hall, SPC
Hiring Hall connects workers with shift-based jobs, on a first come first serve basis. We provide concessions staff for events held at Snapdragon Stadium in San Diego, CA through our Hiring Hall program. Here is how it works:
Apps/Technology
All staff must be able to access our scheduling portal WinDues, payroll app Paylocity and email/text messaging communication.
Accept/Decline Shifts
Staff receive a text message with a link to accept/decline shifts.
Expectations
Staff are responsible for checking email and text messages for all information and reminders
for the shift.
This is a part time, seasonal position with weekly events (mostly on the weekends). Staff have flexibility to accept or decline shifts, but are responsible for being punctual, dependable, customer oriented and a team player. See our open positions page that includes descriptions and pay. You can also see our events schedule. Note that there is a wage increase schedule that is based on the number events worked.
All positions require a Food Handler Certification and any positions that handle alcohol require an RBS certification; the cost of obtaining these certifications is not covered by Partnership for a Better San Diego.
